He graduated in piano at the Dramatic and Musical Conservatory of São Paulo and studied harmony and composition with Camargo Guarnieri, among others. Holder of more than a dozen awards in composition contests, he has published works in the United States, Germany, Belgium and several Brazilian publishers. A pioneer in music education on TV, Sérgio is an elected member of ABM. Birth: Brasil São Paulo SP, 1934
